The 7:00p.m. Lenten Services will be a time to discuss and clarify the purpose of Akeley UMC in an atmosphere of worship and fun where faith and friendships can grow.
March 2 - Communicating Our Purpose
Vision and purpose must be restated every twenty eight days to keep a community of faith focused and moving. How is that done?
March 9 – Organizing Around Our Purpose
Many great ideas never got accomplished because they do not get off the drawing board. How do we organize to accomplish our purpose?
March 16 – Applying Our Purpose
If we have a sense of purpose what, then, do we do on purpose?

WE HAD FUN! AT THE Valentine Weekend Retreat And Valentine’s Brunch at Northern Pines Camp February 11-13, 2005
A wonderful weekend of fun in our Minnesota Winter Wonderland was held at Northern Pines Camp February 11-13. Activities included movies, family craft time, family pizza party, broom ball, sledding, cards and board games, and a Valentine Buffet. As always, good food and good fellowship was enjoyed by all.
